Refund policy

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to consultations, website bookings, and buyer advisory services offered by Waypoint Bridge Partners LLC ("Waypoint Bridge Partners," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is intended to work together with any signed service agreement. If a signed written agreement contains more specific cancellation, refund, pause, payment, or termination terms, the signed agreement will control for that client engagement.

Free Initial Consultation

The initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary. There is no charge for this first 15-minute consultation, and there is therefore no refund associated with it.

If a consultation must be rescheduled, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new time based on availability. Repeated no-shows, repeated last-minute cancellations, or misuse of free consultation scheduling may result in declined or limited future booking access.

Buyer Advisory Services

Buyer advisory services are reserved in advance and require time, planning capacity, advisory resources, coordination capacity, and scheduling availability. For that reason, fees paid for buyer advisory services are generally non-refundable once services begin, except where Waypoint Bridge Partners expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

As stated in the Buyer Advisory Service Agreement, no substantive advisory, coordination, property review, due diligence preparation, or professional coordination services are required to begin until applicable payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Before Services Begin

If a client signs a service agreement and later requests cancellation before substantive services begin, any refund request will be reviewed based on the circumstances, the time reserved, any preparation already completed, and any administrative or planning work already performed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Waypoint Bridge Partners may retain amounts reasonably related to scheduling, planning, reserved capacity, preparation time, administrative work, or other pre-service work already completed.

Cancellation After Services Begin

Once services begin, fees are presumed non-refundable. If a client pauses, delays, abandons, or materially changes the purchase process, Waypoint Bridge Partners is not required to refund fees for services already scheduled, delivered, reserved, or made available.

This includes, where applicable, advisory time, buyer onboarding, planning sessions, professional coordination, document organization, property review sessions, risk review support, due diligence preparation support, and reserved advisory capacity.

Pauses, Delays, and Rescheduling

Any pause, extension, courtesy credit, rescheduling accommodation, or service adjustment is provided at Waypoint Bridge Partners’ discretion unless otherwise required by law.

If a client requests rescheduling of a scheduled call, review session, or service meeting, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new time when practical. However, repeated schedule changes, inactivity, long delays, or material changes in scope may require an add-on, continuation arrangement, revised agreement, or written confirmation before services continue.

Add-Ons

Optional add-on services are only included if clearly approved in writing. Approved add-ons may be invoiced separately and are due before the expanded add-on scope begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once add-on work has begun, related fees are generally non-refundable except where Waypoint Bridge Partners expressly agrees otherwise in writing or where required by law.

Third-Party Costs

Waypoint Bridge Partners’ fees do not include third-party professional fees, legal fees, notary fees, government fees, bank fees, closing costs, accounting fees, insurance costs, contractor costs, furnishing costs, property management fees, utility costs, HOA costs, developer charges, or vendor costs unless expressly stated in writing.

Amounts paid to third parties are subject to the refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms of those third parties. Waypoint Bridge Partners is not responsible for refunding third-party fees, costs, deposits, or charges.

Company-Initiated Cancellation or Termination

Waypoint Bridge Partners may suspend or terminate services as permitted under the signed service agreement, including where payment is not made when due, a client becomes abusive or threatening, requested services fall outside lawful or ethical boundaries, a client refuses to cooperate with reasonable process requirements, or continued service is not workable.

If Waypoint Bridge Partners is unable to provide services due to its own internal cancellation before substantive services begin, any prepaid amount may be refunded in whole or in part at the Company’s discretion, less any work already performed or costs already incurred, unless otherwise required by law.

Written Refund Requests

Any refund request should be submitted in writing to advise@waypointbridgepartners.com with the client’s name, the service involved, the reason for the request, and any relevant supporting details. Refund requests will be reviewed in light of the signed agreement, the stage of service, work already completed, time reserved, and any applicable legal requirements.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to payment processor timelines and any applicable deductions permitted by the signed agreement or applicable law.

No Guarantee of Transaction Outcome

Buyer advisory services are advisory and coordination services only. Fees are not contingent on whether a client chooses to buy, whether a transaction closes, whether financing is obtained, or whether a specific investment or property outcome is achieved.
